                    <li>Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing.</li>
                    <li>Forward the written notification to the user who posted the allegedly infringing material.</li>
                    <li>Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user that we have removed or disabled access to the material.</li>

                    If your notification does not comply with § 512 of the DMCA, but does identify the allegedly
                    infringing work, we will contact you promptly to assist you in complying with the notice
                    requirements.

            <h2 class="copyright-block-title">DMCA Counter Notification</h2>

                    If you receive a notification stating that material you submitted to BlackSplit is disabled or
                    removed as a result of a DMCA Notice, and you believe that the material was disabled or removed as
                    a result of mistake or misidentification, then you may send us a DMCA Counter-Notification to the
                    address above.

                <p>You need to send us a notification that includes the following:</p>
                <ul>
                    <li>Your physical or electronic signature.</li>
                    <li>Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.</li>
                    <li>A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.</li>
                    <li>Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.</li>
                    <li>A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which you are located, or if your address is outside of the United States, of any judicial district in which we do business, and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party or that party's agent.</li>

                    Upon receipt of written counter notification provided in the manner required by 17 U.S.C. § 512 or
                    relevant local applicable laws, we will:
                </p>
                <ul>
                    <li>Promptly provide the complaining party with a copy of the counter notification.</li>
                    <li>Inform the complaining party that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten business days.</li>
                    <li>Replace the removed material or cease disabling access to the material within ten to fourteen business days following receipt of the counter notification, provided our designated agent has not received notice from the complaining party that an action has been filed seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our network or system.</li>

                    BlackSplit may elect not to respond to intellectual property infringement notifications that do not
                    substantially comply with all of the foregoing requirements, and BlackSplit may elect to remove
                    allegedly infringing material that comes to its attention via notices that do not substantially
                    comply with such requirements.
